Slip On Stand Off Band (WS-020)

Slip on Stand off Band is designed to provide a positive stand off the casing for both cased and open holes. The angled fins provide increased turbulent flow. These Slip on Stand off Band is required where close tolerance between the casing and the hole is being encountered. Mainly it’s designed for the liner applications. It’s made of one-piece high grade steel which ensures extra strength and superior toughness.

Low Torque Roller Centralizer (WS-051)

Low Torque Roller Centralizers are specially designed to run in inclined or horizontal section. The rollers envelope outside diameter is kept slightly larger than the centralizer fins envelope outer diameter.The Rollers envelope inside diameter is kept slightly larger than the fins envelope inner diameter. When casing equipped with Roller Centralizer runs into the deviated or horizontal hole, the sliding friction between the casing and the borehole is converted into rolling friction. In case of irregular hole diameter, the borehole wall has an impact force on the spiral centralizer during running casings, the use of rollers reduces this impact. Torque reduction is provided by vertical alignment of rollers on the periphery of Roller Centralizer.

Low Drag Roller Centralizer (WS-052)

Roller Centralizer is a complete mechanical friction-reduction solution designed for extended-reach wells. It reduces torque, drag, casing wear, tool-joint wear and differential sticking while also improving directional control, ROP and hole cleaning. In Low Drag Roller Centralizer, all rollers are arranged in horizontal direction. This kind of arrangement of rollers efficiently reduces dragging force.

Available size is 4-1/2” to 13-5/8”. Any special configuration can be supplied on customer’s demand.

Slip On Welded Positive Spirolizer (WS-061)

Heavy Duty Welded Spirolizer is designed for high deviated horizontal well where casing centralization is the main consideration. The spirolizer system is made of steel, giving it a toughness advantage over other materials and alloys in different style, but normally straight or curved vane is used. It ensures positive stand-off, maximum flow, maximum well bore stabilization, maximum holding strength, decreased drag. Both spiral and straight fin designs minimize drag forces while running pipe. The fins glide smoothly on the low side of horizontal boreholes. It can be made to float between casing stop collars or be secured to the casing OD, if it is required to rotate the casing while cementing. Due to inclined or spiral fins they help to create turbulence in the fluid which removes any wellbores debris or mud cake deposited and helps in smooth running in of the casing string.
