Combination Cement Plug

Combination Cementing Plug is provided different sizes of rubber fins which help in wiping on the casing walls and assist in displacing the cement in one step. These combination cementing plugs are used in combination casing strings with two or more different casings or tubing. Combination cementing plugs are PDC drillable.
Plugs are available in natural / Nitrile / HNBR / AFLAS (very high temperature) covering based on specific requirements.

Available in 4 1/2″ to 20” sizes. Any special sizes can be made available on request.

Convectional Cementing Plug

Cementing Plugs are engineered for reliability. The Top plug and Bottom Plug are of the same basic design with firm wiping action provided by five wiping surfaces. The top cementing plug has a solid body that provides positive indication of contact with the landing collar and bottom plug through an increase in pump pressure. The bottom cementing plug is launched ahead of the cement slurry to minimize contamination by fluids inside the casing prior to cementing.
Convectional cementing plugs are PDC drillable.

Plugs are available in natural / Nitrile / HNBR / AFLAS (very high temperature) covering based on specific requirements.

Available in 4 1/2″ to 20” sizes. Any special sizes can be made available on request.

Non-Rotating Cementing Plug

Non rotating cementing plugs have been designed to decrease drill out time. This series of cementing plug uses reinforced locking teeth build into the plugs, which lock together between the plug and the float equipment to eliminate rotation of the plug during drill out. The body of the plug is manufactured using a plastic core which eliminate aluminium and large mass of rubber found in conventional cementing plugs are completely P.D.C drillable.
